Weight loss can be a tricky thing, but I have years of experience coaching folks who have lost dozens of pounds. This process will involve Strength Training, Endurance Training, Cardio Training, and a change in Nutritional habits, which I will also coach you through. I would like to clarify that I am not a nutritionist. I have collected tons of knowledge from reliable sources over the years pertaining to “healthy” nutritional habits. I will continue to research and learn as I coach you, to make sure I give you the most accurate information I can. It is my goal to coach you in nutrition as thoroughly as I can to help you build new health-promoting nutritional habits.

Strength training at D’Annunzio Fitness involves an emphasis on exercises that require a barbell and other free weights. ALL ages and fitness levels welcome. The health-related benefits that come with strength training can be life-changing and almost always result in an improved quality of life. I will coach you through each of the following exercises: Deadlift, Squat, Bench Press, and Overhead Press, in addition to other various exercises that cater towards your particular health and fitness-related goals. My goal is to train you to the point where you are capable of coaching someone else how to perform each lift.
